This policy explains how we handle claims of copyright or other intellectual property infringement for content posted on our platform.
By using Gun Dogs Hub, you agree to comply with this policy.

images of dogs
descriptions and text in listings
videos or multimedia files
user reviews and comments
We act as a platform for classified listings only and do not verify every listing. However, we respond to complaints promptly.
If you believe that content on Gun Dogs Hub infringes your intellectual property rights, please provide the following information:
Your full name, address, and contact information.
Identification of the copyrighted work or IP you believe is infringed.
Identification of the infringing content (listing URL or screenshot).
A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the content is unauthorized.
A statement that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
Send your complaint to: info@gundogshub.co.uk with the subject line: “Copyright/Content Takedown Request”.
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will:
Review the complaint promptly.
Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content while the claim is investigated.
Notify the user who posted the content that a complaint has been made.
We may require the complainant to provide additional evidence or documentation.
If your content is removed and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
Your name, address, and contact information.
Identification of the removed content and its location.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales if a dispute arises.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless a rights holder initiates legal action.
Users who repeatedly post content that infringes intellectual property rights may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
Gun Dogs Hub:
does not verify the authenticity of all listings or user content
is not responsible for the content posted by users
is not liable for disputes arising from intellectual property infringement
We act only upon receiving valid notices in accordance with this policy.
