We are delighted to announce that applications are now open for our carefully bred Kugae Labrador puppies.
At Kugae Gundogs, we breed with one aim: to produce healthy, confident and highly trainable Labradors for both working and active family homes. Every litter is carefully planned, with temperament, health and natural ability at the heart of everything we do.
Raised here in the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds, our puppies benefit from daily handling, early socialisation and a variety of experiences to help give them the very best start in life.
Both parents are proven working Labradors with excellent temperaments, and these puppies have been bred with trainability, biddability and soundness in mind.

Always see the gun dog in person at the breeder's location before paying any money.
See the puppies with the Dam and possibly the Sire if available.
Check all paperwork is correct, including the KC number and dates of birth.
If something feels wrong, walk away. Ask lots of questions about breeding history, health, vaccinations, and registration.
Be vigilant and seek advice from a third party if you're unsure.
Only purchase when you are absolutely sure about the dog and the breeder.
Buying a gun dog is your responsibility. Research the breed and the breeder thoroughly before committing.
The breeder should let you see and handle all puppies in the litter, not just the one you're buying.
Puppies should appear happy, healthy and inquisitive. Do not buy unwell puppies.
Puppies should only be sold once they are 8 weeks old.
Check the whelping environment. Is it clean? Do dogs have clean water and food?
Write up a contract to safeguard both you and the breeder.
Do not leave without the KC registration form and all documents once payment is made.
